Journal of Adolescent Research (JAR) aims to publish informative and dynamic articles from a variety of disciplines focused on adolescence and early emerging adulthood development. JAR has particular interest in papers that use mixed-methods, systematically combining qualitative and quantitative data and analyses and seeks rigorous qualitative research using a variety of strategies including ethnography, in-depth interviews, case studies, and photo elicitation.
